They will lie to your face about service rates and then jerk you around when trying to get a resolution. Customer service is atrocious.

Just went in to set up a new business account because I was tired of paying T-Mobile every bit of extra money I have. Worked with Francisca. She was so nice and made the whole transition effortless. So much has changed in that store since I last was there. Definitely a better environment and staff all around. Go see Francisca, she cares, takes her time, explains everything clearly and makes it her priority to save you money and beat her competition. She’s a life saver.

Stopped by to pay a bill before work Thursday. There was a sign on the door that said “On Break, back in 30”, so I figured I would just sit there and wait. Mind you I arrived at 6pm. 6:30 no one showed up, 6:45 still no one. I got out and knocked on the door to get someone to come and open it. And there was no one there. I finally had to leave at 7:10 to head to work. Absolutely unacceptable. I get things happen, but when it happens call another employee and let them go open the store. They closed at 7, so I knew if no one showed up at the appropriate time, then they wouldn’t show up at all.

After struggling with constant signal issues with my previous carrier, I went to the AT&T store in Norton to inquire about service with them. In a matter of minutes, Jon, the customer service rep in the store had me set up with my phone, a monthly bill lower than I had been paying, and did it all in the span of my lunch break.
He was not only exceptionally friendly but extremely knowledgeable while making everything he said understandable. I was apprehensive about switching carriers, but I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Jon at this AT&T location.

I have needed a new phone for quite some time. My phone was an iPhone 11 that was over 5 years old. I didn’t want to get a new phone because it is such a hassle to setup and get everything switched to a new phone. I went to the Norton store thinking I would be there for a while and would still have problems with all my info being switched over. Jonathan told me what desks were available and help me to decide which phone would be good for me. The helped me get the correct chargers and phone case. He had everything transferred and my new phone set up in under 30 minutes. Jonathan and Trevor are very knowledgeable and super friendly guys. I’m so thankful there is a store in the area to be able to go in and have everything set up and all my questions answered. Awesome job!! Will always recommend this store to anyone needing a phone.
