“So let me start by saying I don't Bank with Wells Fargo but this experience was such a master class in service I had to share. My father in law died in March without a will executor or anything. So we figured everything out and had the court dispense with it all. Then we get a check in the mail made out to him. Literally no one wanted to help figure it out. I finally in desperation called the bank it was drawn on.....That's when the amazing Jordon Riggs answers the phone. Mind you she got nothing out of helping me yet she did. After I faxed her she called their legal department and got it figured out. Mind you my mom in law and I drove 4 hours one way to do it but it got cashed. Now if that's what they do for a non customer imagine what they would do for you. Jordon rocks!!!!”
“I bank at 3 different banks but I love new people's. They will remember you if you make an impression. Very nice employees at all branches also. Free checking and savings accounts available. Very clean I side lobbies. Also the interactive tellers are a wonderful option if you work later. But you can deposit on mobile and you can go to the ATM/ITM at anytime to withdraw or deposit.”
