The front desk clerk was very kind and took action into checking me! I was greeted with and smile and a friendly hearted person! After checking me in she had taken me to meet Becky. Becky was by far the easiest way I have ever filed taxes. Becky was professional and very kind hearted as well. Let's just say now I can start a new chapter in my book and get a divorce with the help and encouragement she gave me the whole service. I will be back if all possible next year! Thank you to lady's for everything you did! Keep up the good work!

most definitely gave the score due to the remarkable job lora mead has done the past few years shes done my taxes. lora has a very outgoing attitude and she is so kind and caring she makes it her priority to ensure that I get the best refund possible. lora is a remarkable lady and i absolutely love the fact that she makes a point to keep me up to date on what's going on with my taxes and to explain everything to me so I can understand it . I love the fact that shes very much dedicated to her job Md helping her client to the best of her ability. I will be the first in line for mrs. lora every year so she can file my taxes .
