Angie at the front desk is extremely rude. Not only does she constantly interrupt you but she makes sure you feel like a complete idiot for asking entirely relevant questions. I feel sorry for anybody else who has to deal with her.

The people who work at the Norton facility are extremely rude, refuse to work with you, act like they're better than everyone, and are horrible at customer service. The ODP/KU company as a whole is a horrible utility company in which I have no idea how they come up with the amounts they charge their consumers. For a small single wide trailer we pay between $200- 300 each bill and oftentimes even more. This is with me keeping the indoor electrical breakers off on all my large appliances other than my fridge and freezer! Something very strange is going on with their meters bc there's no way a small home is using this much electricity and this company is a monopoly in our rural town so the customer has no choice but to use them for their electricity!

The power goes off A LOT, for seemingly no reason, and it takes HOURS for them to get it back on. The past 2 nights have been spent in the dark and it has done nothing more than rained outside. They also rezoned my garage to commercial after 25 years of it being zoned private so they could double my bill.
