Personally me and my family have had nothing but great experience with the staff very courteous and professional. Always willing to take time to go over your medications with you if you have any questions highly recommend myself.

Do not understand why the pharmacist there have to be so rude and disrespectful to people. They ask to many questions about personal information. Definitely won’t be going back. Many more pharmacy’s out there that can tell way nicer than these jokers. Ballad health in general is a joke.

Let me begin by saying that for years, this pharmacy has met most of my needs with no issue. After numerous failures of the Nurse Practitioner at my doctor's office to refill a long-term prescription for my chronic illness prior to the weekend, the pharmacist on staff refused to prescribe me enough of my medications to get through weekend. This happened on Friday, September 29, 2023. This was after I kindly explained that this medication is not supposed to be stopped cold turkey without tapering off as advised by a medical provider. I also explained that I would experience withdrawal symptoms before the weekend was over. After being sick all weekend, I called the pharmacist again this morning only to be told that the pharmacist on staff Friday could have provided me with weekend meds but chose not to. I would consider this a negligent decision.
