Rural King in Norton, VA really impressed me. The prices are reasonable, and the employees have always been kind and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Some of their prices are surprisingly good, definitely worth checking if you're looking to save a bit on certain items.
What really caught me off guard was just how much they have in stock. It’s almost like walking into a blend of Walmart and Tractor Supply, but with guns and ammo added into the mix. You’ll find tools, clothes, pet supplies, farm gear, and even food items. They even carry cast iron skillets, which I wasn’t expecting but was glad to see.
It’s a solid one-stop shop for a little bit of everything, especially if you live have livestock. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

The worst rural king location I've been in. Thankfully Bristol is about the same distance away. If you are in the Norton area use Tractor Supply up by Lowes. Much better customer service.

They write up their cashiers if they don't coerice enough customers daily for their phone number. CASHIERS IF SOMEONE SAYS NO, THEN DON'T HARRASS THEM OVER A PHONE NUMBER....JUST MAKE ONE UP!! IT'S PITIFUL MANAGEMENT TO WRITE UP AN EMPLOYEE OVER NOT MEETING A QOUTA ON SOMEONES PERSONAL NUMBER! Because of that I will be going to Tractor Supply from now on and I encourage everyone to do the same!

Can never get anyone to answer the phone and they weren't even busy. I needed to see if they will fix stihl products but I guess ill go somewhere else

When this store opened, it was very nice. But year by year. It's gotten worse. It's hard to get help in there. And when you find somebody to ask a question, they have no idea what you're talking about. My first stop will be tractor supply from now on.

Great store with huge selection. Some of the staff at this one aren't the friendliest. A lot of the items are in disarray on the shelfs here too, especially the lawn mower belt section 😳. I love Rual King stores in general though.

Drove 2 hours one way to pick up a gun safe. Called the store 1st to verify they had it and it was in perfect condition. Many I have seen were damaged. Was told it was in perfect condition and they would hold it for me. Arrived to find 1 leg broken off. Manager on duty said they could knock 75.00 off. 😡 For what a gun safe that tipped because it only had 3 legs? What about the cost of gas and time to get there for nothing. Do better Rural King

Awesome store with very reasonable prices !! Me and my Son loves the prices of Fencing wire and the Batteries ! We’re always here buying stuff !! And we drive hour and 30 minutes to even get here ! Open a rural king in Honaker Virginia ❤️
