“This business was amazing! From start to finish they were very professional, friendly and helpful. I had my brakes redone by them.I travel for a living so I needed a quick turn around.McCarthy tire had an opening, I took my car right in, and before I knew it they were done with the job and had me back on the road. I was shocked when I went to pay, in a good way. They do not play around and over charge. These guys were absolutely fantastic in my book.”
“Drove up to Norton for an event at the hospital and had to fill the rear passenger tire on my new truck three times along the way. After the event - went to Friendly and they immediately had me up on a rack, pulled a drill bit out of the tire, and plugged the puncture. 15 minutes in and out and they did not charge me! Very thankful they were there to help.”
“Here's a great place for tires and service, very friendly not just as people but your budget as well. I had two new tires replaced on the front and it took only moments.”
“If you’re looking for affordable tires and great service from a business owner who has integrity, please give this one a shot!
Ever since we moved to the area, whenever we can, we get tires for our vehicles here - I wouldn’t get tires and have them installed anywhere else (unless of course we’re away from home experiencing an emergency), even if it was a situation where we could save a few bucks, simply because the owner has passed on making more money before, letting me know I did not need 4 new tires but only 2! That’s the integrity I look for to gladly support! That said, we just passed on saving a little money at Walmart plus discount for our daughter simply because this business here deserves us customers also showing loyalty and integrity in return.”
“Every time I visit this establishment, the gentlemen already know what I’m there for and take care of everything. I don’t even have to leave my vehicle. They will even get my receipt (if we prepaid) and bring it to me.
These guys are the definition of customer service professionals.”
“Excellent service. Great place for your car care needs. Very knowledgeable through many years of experience. Very reasonable prices for 1st class auto service. 1st time customer won't be last.”
