So let me start by saying I don't Bank with Wells Fargo but this experience was such a master class in service I had to share. My father in law died in March without a will executor or anything. So we figured everything out and had the court dispense with it all. Then we get a check in the mail made out to him. Literally no one wanted to help figure it out. I finally in desperation called the bank it was drawn on.....That's when the amazing Jordon Riggs answers the phone. Mind you she got nothing out of helping me yet she did. After I faxed her she called their legal department and got it figured out. Mind you my mom in law and I drove 4 hours one way to do it but it got cashed. Now if that's what they do for a non customer imagine what they would do for you. Jordon rocks!!!!

I don't understand why they aren't open until 6 even on drive thru on Fridays and not even open until 12 on Saturdays.People don't get off work until 5 or after . Ridiculous

Don't use the supposedly easy check deposit. I did for my state refund days ago and I still don't have it in my account. Wells Fargo needs warn people instead of letting them think they will have their money it takes days wish I had just took it to Walmart and cashed it

I usually don't mind using this bank. Most of the staff are generally friendly and very professional. My recent visit on 09/04/2020 resulted with me thinking my car payment was posted to my loan account on time, it turned out my car payment was put on someone else's account. I gave my photo ID like I always have for the last two years and the bank teller still added my money to the wrong account, she never asked me any probing questions to ensure she had the right account pulled up the whole time in the drive through. My parents who co-signed for the loan received a call today that my payment was 20 days late, I got the call from my mom to let me know. Thank God I still had my receipt readily available. Now to jump through the hoops to get it to the proper department, since they can't actually fix the problem they caused I have to figure out how to get the proper proof faxed in the middle of a pandemic. After I get done paying this loan off I'm not sure if I will ever willingly get a loan with wells fargo again.
