“The owner, Chris Miles, is very knowledgeable and courteous. We have bought all our lumber for rebuilding our home from him. At the box stores one has to toss 10% of what is provided. All Chris' products are straight and usable plus cost no more than the box store. He also provides free delivery, which is another savings.”

“I had a big problem with my recent big appliance order at Lowe's in Pocomoke, I was so upset and felt strongly that Lowe's needed to make it right, it wasn't until I got in touch with Tracy Mason the Assistant Manager that she resolved it to my complete satisfaction! She listened to me and took action and made sure Lowe's made it right. I appreciate her outstanding customer service!”
