From sizing and appraising my engagement ring, to making our custom wedding bands and push presents, to restoring beautiful family heirlooms, they have always done an amazing job. I had a broken and dented menorah that had been in my family for many generations. This business spent so much time trying to figure out how to fix it after I hadn't found any other business willing to even consider doing so. I am so very grateful for all of the time and effort that was so generously invested to fix this piece. My heart was warmed!

I bought my engagement ring here. Alex did an amazing job it's truly stunning and I was proud to propose with it. She accommodated all of my obnoxious and reasonable requests. She was discrete when she needed to be and communicated with my fiancée and I, when was appropriate. Truly a master of her trade. I will continue to use her as long as she is working.

I had been wanting a mother’s/right hand ring since we knew we were done having children (about 12 years). I envisioned a swirly ring with the kids’ birthstones (citrine, garnet, & ruby) for a while. When Mom passed, I got her gold jewelry; most of which was broken in some way or another.On July 3, I traveled to Oakton, VA, to Louizos ELP Goldsmiths, Inc. with some ideas in mind. Alex, Louizos’ wife, recognized me right away. It had been 17 years since they made my engagement ring and wedding band. We talked about some ideas, and she presented me with a picture of what I had been fabricating in my head. I told her that there was one stipulation, the new ring would have to have some of Mom’s broken gold pieces melted down to be a part of it. My husband and I went down weeks later for my wax fitting. Even in wax, it was beautiful. Finally, I picked up my finished jewelry on Friday, Sept 18. I got there and Alex said, “Ok, here’s the deal, you will try it on, but you have to look away. Then, I am going to wrap it up and you can take it home.” Obviously, my husband had been up to something since we left the wax fitting. On Saturday, Sept 19, in the evening, we had a celebratory, impromptu dinner; I was able to open the box. The ring I was having made had polished gold around the stones. I opened the box and to my surprise, Chris added diamonds. This was just in time for our 16th wedding anniversary which was Sept 24. Now, I have a "true" mother's ring with a part of Mom, too. This family owned business is extremely customer oriented, friendly, and caring. They went above and beyond to make my dreams come true! I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

The owners are the most gracious and kind people to work with. They go above and beyond to make you happy.They have jewelry for all people...prices are very fair. It’s not too often you deal with such honest people like they are. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Louizo and Alex are terrific. The service and craftsmanship are second to none. This family business really knows that purchasing or repairing a special piece of jewelry is a personal experience for each person walking through their doors. Their jewelry is gorgeous, their prices are fair, and I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else once they visit their Oakton location. I recommend them without reservation..
