The diamonds shine, sparkle and reflect the light like no other diamonds we've seen. Quality is off the charts, and we couldn't be happier. Price was fair/reasonable. Further, Ash met us near our home to deliver the completed rings since he's in the middle of relocating his Tysons store. Not many business owners would do that! “I came here to get a Burberry watch battery replaced and I really liked the guy and how he as able look at the watch right away. After replacing the battery he told me the watch still did not work and basically his dad was as backed up for several months and could not take on any repairs for now. He did make some suggestions on getting another watch for about the cost of the repairs on eBay. I actually listened to him and getting a watch from there today. I really appreciate his honesty and can not believe they been there for 47 years repairing watches and selling jewelry.”

My great experience started via email, where I spoke with Erik who was so kind, warm, and helpful. I don’t know a lot about selling gold, but I know I loved these pieces a lot; so this first step helped ease my nerves.When we got to the store, everyone was so kind, so welcoming, the store was pristine and well organized. I had to remind myself I wasn’t shopping because they had so many beautiful pieces! Not only were they kind to me, but so welcoming to my fiancé and our dog.They took their time evaluating each piece, explained what they were worth as well, and what the process they were doing was, and were very honest. Despite taking the necessary time, they were very quick and efficient and could answer all of my questions. I was incredibly impressed with the offer they made on my gold and jewelry, and was so touched by how seriously they took my feelings about parting with these pieces.We will be returning to resize my fiancés wedding band, and to change the prongs on my engagement ring. “Could not recommend this local jewelry store enough! Yasmeen went above and beyond helping me create the perfect engagement ring. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I went in once on a day she was not working, and other staff quickly and eagerly jumped in to help. Their rings come with a lifetime warranty unlike Brilliant Earth which requires you to purchase warranty plans and the price depends on the # of years you want protection plus the cost of the ring. I love that Quest it comes included. They also will cover half of the shipping cost if you move out of the area to have your ring inspected once a year and cleaned. It's so nice that they help with that cost. Definitely recommend!”

Since we had to get approval over the phone, we had to try so many sets and the owner listened and brought relevant sets until we were satisfied. Good old fashioned customer service!!!
