Every cigar i have bought here has been amazing. I have never bought a dried cigar from here. All cigar boxes are color coded that makes it easy to choose a cigar when you are new to smoking cigars. All cigars are kept at perfect humidity. The only negative is that i live in Maryland, but i visit this store every time i am in that area.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was a first time customer last night and never again. Owner of the shop sold me an expensive defective vape and declined to exchange for something I wanted cheaper. I didn’t care for a refund or exchanging for same value. It’s wrong to sell products to customers when they are DEFECTIVE and LEAKING FLUID. I am a high value customer and have never had this issue. Most vape shops even allow you to ‘taste test’ prior to purchasing but the experience here is completely different! Absolutely unacceptable and not how you run a business!

By far the BEST tobacco/vape shop in the area! This is the only place I can count on to always have my juice stocked up and it's nothing but smiles and good conversation when I go in. As someone who has gone to nearly all the shops between Fairfax/Oakton and Bristow, this place is number 1!

This is the best shop in the area. They have the best selection of cigars, and the humidor is perfectly maintained. They also have an endless selection of vapes.If you are looking for glass or other smoking accessories, this is your shop. All glass is great quality and reasonably priced. They always have the newest smoking accessories.The owner and his staff always provide top notch service. Any time I have had questions or needed advice they have patiently explained to me everything I needed to know. On several occasions, they special ordered things for me that I could not find anywhere.Come here for what you need. You won't be disappointed.

Favorite place in town! The owners are excellent - personable, knowledgeable, and happy to help you find what you need. Bonus - they are open 365 + are very reliable and always open on time and stay for the hours posted! The shop is clean and organized with a wide and up-to-date selection of all cigars and devices.

Best tobacco and vape store in the DMV. I will bring my business here 10/10 times because I am treated like family and you can’t put a price tag on great people, great conversations and ethical business practices. When I visit Oakton Cigars & More, the owner, his daughter and wife go out of their way to make me feel comfortable, provide me with the best and most cost effective options (when they could easily upsell me if they so desired). The shop has a wonderful rewards program.. accumulate an adequate # of points and get 25% off an entire purchase.. the incentive is there, the selection of premium products is there and the quality of human being is top notch. I love this local shop! The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, it's clean, and very professional. It's always a pleasure to stop in for vape supplies or cigars. I bring my kids in with me, and I wouldn't do that at other smoke shops.
