I am 24 and I purchased cigarettes from this Sunoco, the service cashier said he needed a dollar for change on a 9.89 purchase which I thought was weird, but I had just driven for a few hours so I didn't pay attention to it.
He then gave me 55 cents, no receipt and bragged to the technicians about apparently getting me to double pay, Im not cheap enough to care about a dollar like this guy so I'll be going anywhere else.

My husband and I came here this evening around 7pm to fill up my back driver's side tire with air. We suspected a leak and spoke with a gentleman who was working in the inspection bay. He took a look at it and it had 2 nails in it! He plugged them both and noted that the cost would be $54.00. He absolutely did not have to do this as it was likely the very end of his day, but he was kind enough to do this for us, which we so appreciate. He noted that the plugs would be good to drive on for the life of the tire. While I didn't get his name, he was a blonde haired gentleman and both he and the gentleman at the front desk were very kind and helpful to us. We really appreciate the excellent service we received. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service and work. I had 4 new tires delivered to the Sunoco and made an appointment to have them installed. Dropped off the car, got a loaner and then returned 2 hours later with new tires. All service personnel were friendly and very efficient.

I took my car in for an oil change and other routine maintenance and asked them to just check it over generally. After checking they called to say my oil looked clean, no need to change the oil. All else looked good, but they found a nail in my tire which they plugged. $27. You cannot ask for better or more honest service than that.

The Oakton Sunoco Service Center is awesome.
I have used them for years, and they always get back to me promptly, are honest, and complete repairs in a timely way. The staff are exceedingly friendly and professional, especially the manager and the owner.

Terrible mechanic work. Had my steering column and brakes replaced here and the mechanics did a horrible shotty job for both the steering column and the brakes, by giving me faulty brake pads and torquing my lugs so much that I’ve bent a tie iron trying to get my flat tire off, as well as stripping the screws entire steering assembly. Terrible place do not recommend for any mechanic work.
