I wasn’t able to withdrawal my money that I needed because “they didn’t have enough money in their branch. Unacceptable. I worked with Terri she made zero effort to even give me half. Ending my business with Wells Fargo

StOp !! Go to another branch !! There were 4-5 employees in the branch doing there own thing. No assist with the customers in line no multi-tasking to get the customers out the way. The service and teller is not quick fast had to wait 15 minimum to deposit.

Incompetent customer service, unwilling to open an account before 4:30pm because it is too late for them and they didn’t feel like doing it. I will never deal with kind of bank again. Inconvenient hours and complete absence of customer service
