Terrible service:Came in (without reservations but expected to simply be turned away if they didn’t have the seating capacity) as a table of 3. Waited 25 minutes and watched 2 tables that were seated after us be served and brought drinks, never once did a waiter come to our table in this time, we were simply looked at and ignored.

Went for the wife’s birthday. Food was great, service was great. The room is way too loud. Felt like I had to yell at my wife and feel like for paying up $200 for two, should have not felt like I was in a crowded restaurant. I felt ashamed that I took someone there for their birthday. The owner was called by another couple complaining about the noise. He did nothing to resolve the issue. The loud table was much bigger than the couples so I guess he didn’t care about the smaller tables concerns. You need to do better and make the rounds of EVERY customer.

Food AMAZING! Best pork chop I've had in my entire life. Comfortable bed, nice water pressure and clean. I loved everything about this place. Would 100% recommend!! Stay here when you're in town!

We live near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel, so it’s more convenient for us to dine over there. But this Wednesday we decided to try the Bourbon, Beer, and Burger that we’ve heard so much about. After seeing the menu, we had to order sushi and dumplings, in addition to the BBB. The quality of ingredients did not suffer because of the special pricing. Everything came to the table timely, hot food, cold drinks and our server Lily was AMAZING. We left stuffed but not disappointed. We look forward to trying the main dining room and more! Maurice is worth the drive; we will be returning.

Came here on the way home from Delaware. We wanted something not too heavy and ended up at this place. They were connected to another place called Kuchi Sabishii sushi which had just what we wanted. Tons of variety and small portions you can continue to order. The sushi was fresh and very unique. Flash fried sushi rolls did not disappoint. The restaurant itself had a very nice ambiance and our server for the most part was pretty attentive. However, when the restaurant got packed with parties, our service did slow down. I noticed another table waiting upwards of 10+ minutes for their server to even come by to offer them beverages. Only downfall of that experience but we came in at a time where it wasn't busy so we got our food fine. If we came later, then it would have been a different story, assuming from what I observed towards the end of our visit.

We LOVE Maurice and its new sidekick the Kuchi Lounge. From the warm croissants to the Croque Monsieur "egg rolls" to the crab cakes, spinach salad, and sushi rolls such as the Fiery Fried Flounder and Godzilla Rolls, the food is always delicious. The service is great and friendly as well. The Kuchi Lounge is such a surprise in the middle of the mostly rural Eastern Shore and all the cocktails and small plates (dumplings etc) are next level. Wine list is also fantastic. We go as often as possible.
