Says ATM is on but there’s no cash in it. So….the ATM isn’t on? It’s a bank, how is there no cash in the atm. Shore work ethic at its finest.

I was in line this morning (a Friday) behind at least 6 other people. They only had two people working. Very busy! The two ladies working the drive up and counter were very personable and friendly with every customer. When a customer who spoke limited English seemed a bit confused, the teller asked another customer who spoke the language to assist. She was not rude and did not show any exasperation with the customer. Every transaction was handled as quickly as they could but every customer was treated in a kind and friendly way. I left with a smile although I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Excellent employees doing their best. BTW this is the first review I've ever written.

My dad needed help because someone stole his card after he had forgotten to take it out from the ATM machine and he doesn’t speak English he called me freaking out. I called the bank and Sarah came out the bank just help him and let him know it’s gonna be ok cause he was freaking out... mind you I called from another state she didn’t have to go out of her way to help but she did. That’s what you call great customer service and human being. Thank you Sarah everyone should learn from you.

Worst bank ever.. super slow‼️‼️‼️ Please don’t go in there Drive-thru you will run out of gas!!
