When we come here to stay we always go to Roses. Always find something we can use. Especially the mens jeans

Roses by far has the best discount home , garden supplies. I just wish they had more of it. Most stuff is manufactured out of the country and Roses sells it closer to the price it should be other than our bib box stores near by.

I like this store, but it's behind the times. It's great if you are looking for furniture or clothing.

This store looks nice on the outside, but it is a completely different story on the inside. For whatever reason, the restrooms were closed on the main floor, so I had to walk up two LONG flights of stairs to get there, which was in the staff break room. Since I have a walking disability, it made me feel like I could fall down the stairs and get a concussion at any moment. Also, the bathroom was very dirty and three out of the four stalls were out of order. Many of the items in the store are of a very low quality and seem overpriced, however, this could be due to today's economy. I also saw a mouse running around; gross! I will come back here only if the inside of the store gets a BIG improvement in cleanliness and safety.

Same experience at all Roses or Maxway stores. It's always hit or miss. Sometimes I can find some cute pieces. Mostly sundresses and tops. Always get my large Dove body wash for 4.99, which is a great deal.

You got to go on a day that they just stocked up. Some sizes go fast. It's cheap and they have a variety of things. Clothes, toys, household items

This store is always dirty and messy. Most of the products are of low quality. My last few experiences at this store have made me decide to never go back. Each time I have dealt with rude staff, it seems only because they hate working there and have an attitude towards everyone. My last visit there I tried to buy gift cards and was told each card would have to be purchased separately and with cash only also they attempted to add a fee to the cards (these cards didn't have a purchase fee). There are no signs anywhere in the store that state this is their policy. Walmart down the road was happy to take my money for the exact same gift cards with no purchase fee as it's suppose to be. I won't be going back to Roses.

I am at the Roses store in Onley. The sales associate Cindy, patiently served my family and me. There were two handicap persons and my other sister and she was very kind. She is to be commended. Never once did she show anything unprofessional or unpleasant .Cindy Is Awesome!

Poor management has trickled down to front line staff providing an unpleasant experience at this store. Disappointed again and for the last time. #nomoreroses

I'll be completely blunt about this Roses, starting from the beginning. As a child who used to know what this store was like in the 1990s, it's done something of an about-face since that time. What I would once have called a beacon of modern amenities is now more closely compared to a rustic hole in the wall. A shell of it's former self. The blame cannot completely go to Roses here, I think. It has failed to match up to the local competition of other similar department stores in the area and it's very clear that it's kept going by a very dedicated group of frequent shoppers. I would not say this bothers me. What bothers me about this location is that it has failed to modernize in any sort of real capacity. As time has gone on, it has more excelled in the trade of selling sub-par goods at reasonable prices. My personal gripe with the store is that it's electronics and furniture are extremely lacking to put it mildly! It sells TVs, but the TVs on display are always in terrible shape. It sells incredibly outdated and long forgotten CDs, movies, and knicknacks. The one real upside I would give to Roses is it's friendly staff, who have always been courteous and helpful in every visit. They are what prevents this review falling to an abysmal 1-star review, and I only hope they convince their owners or store managers to modernize before the store falls completely to ruin.
