The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful with answering questions to my husband and I. When we need to conduct any sort of business the Verizon in Onley is the one we will be going to. 😊

Excellent customer service from Jennifer. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable of the Verizon Products and helped my husband with his phone in five minutes. He had spent four hours on phone prior with Verizon and Motorola. Extraordinary customer service and knowledge! Jennifer is truly an asset to the store and to the Verizon name.

It's a tuff job when a customer brings an old Kerocera to upgrade to a pixel. They tried, Verizon could be more liberal with brands traded in from loyal customers. Staff tried hard and treated me well.
