“I had a problem with a mattress I had purchased. I was happy with how the problem was resolved. The new mattress was delivered the next day which was awesome. The men that delivered the mattress were courteous, helpful, and on-time. I am very pleased with the entire process from the resolution thru the delivery.”

“My service technician was efficient and polite and did not disturb me at work in any way during an intense time. A little later when I spoke to him, we ended up have a great conversation about our life stories, values and work--which was uplifting and encouraging. Even with that he was in and out of here in just over an hour--everything was working fine but it was reassuring to know that was indeed the case. I hope he will be here next year--made my day. I am grateful for your consistent and reasonably priced service and your part in taking care of my simple but lovely home. george e. abetti Bundoran Farm North Garden VA”
