Marry and David treated us like family and looked out for us through the whole car buying experience. Hands down the best experience my husband or I have had with buying a car. They made it stress free and helped us get such a beautiful car! They held the car for us while we waited to get the car financed through our bank and Marry was amazing at explaining all the financial things that go with buying a car. We will be going to Crown for any future car buying!

Several years ago, we bought a Toyota Rav4 from Crown Auto, in Orange. We were treated with such professionalism and courtesy, by David and Mary, that we felt like family. We told others of our positive experience with this fine company and knew that we would return for a car for my wife, at some point. Well, what we could not imagine at the time, was that we would be back this year to replace my Rav4. It was a wonderful car, with never an issue regarding its performance, but unfortunately, my beautiful car was totaled by another driver who had not looked before turning right into me. I was devastated, but after calling my wife, she contacted David and Mary and they kept in contact with us regarding a replacement. Newer to the team is Logan, who also pitched in. Well, within 48 hours, they had another Rav 4 lined up and arranged to bring it to the dealership for me. Wow, they are amazing, honest, and set the price very fairly for me. Thank you David, Mary and Logan, you have made us believers for a second time. We will be back for another car in 2019, but this time, a car for my wife.

Purchasing a car can be stressful and frustrating but we had a great experience at Crown Auto Sales. Logan is a great salesperson. Knowledgeable and patient, he answered all our questions. Mary guided us through the paperwork process and Dave made sure we were totally satisfied. There was no hard sell and we drove away with a great car. We'll definitely look to Crown for our next purchase.
