Terrible service. You would be better off using Good Neighbor Pharmacies, like Orange Pharmacy. CVS no longer allows you to speak to a real person, they require you to leave a message with a callback. They are closed at the busiest time of the day. No sense of urgency.

I usually stop by CVS in Orange to pick up prescriptions during breaks from work. All too often, the drive thru is closed, whether it's for lunch or for absolutely no given reason. I cannot comprehend how a corporation of this size who is responsible for vital medications cannot figure out how to stagger lunches. Today it is closed two hours before their usual lunch closure. The drive thru is the only reason I chose CVS over the other pharmacy in town.

CVS in Orange never answers the phone. You always have to leave a voicemail. You can never talk to anybody and their expectation is that you sit by your phone for an hour or more until they decide to call you back and it’s ridiculous and I will be transferring my medication to another pharmacy because I am not gonna deal with this disrespect and this laziness. I wish I could give them zero star.

The pharmacy is great, very helpful with insurance information and what's covered. Did have an issue with a prescription being filled but the doctor never sent it over even though they said they did CVS was nice enough to call them so that it could be sent to be filled. All the staff is very friendly

Pharmacy employees are really rude. I tried to get a probiotic that is usually refrigerated behind the counter. I was met with a snarky comment with no explanation, while the others laughed… I’m not sure what’s so funny about this.
I was helped by a lovely lady in the aisle that was more than happy to answer my questions as to why they weren’t available behind the counter anymore.

My local CVS manager and staff are always pleasant, helpful and eager to assist. The store is usually well stocked and when I remember to use coupons , the savings are great .

All CVS not just this one need to do something about the Shoplifting. I don't feel comfortable when going in one because the prices keep going up, because of the Shoplifting and I really don't feel comfortable with witnessing the Shoplifting either. Another reason I don't feel comfortable is because in the newspaper last year it talked about how the store was robbed.

I preregistered for covid shots and was told shots plus flu shots were guantureed. No shots were available in my area. After traveling 40 Mike's, I was called that orange cvs had NO covid shots. Really I book shots 1 week on advance and you call me 20 minutes before appointment and say you have no covid shots. Why did I book this and I think I should go online to let customers know you lie about this.

Customer service is abysmal... Seems to never have the drive thru open like hardly ever... The CVS in Culpeper is better

All I can say is they need to change their name this is not CVSNever had such bad customer service and them constantly saying prescription is not ready when my MD called it in days ago.I would not recommend this CVS please know this is not a good representation of any other CVS

Couldn't agree more with the review from Julie. They are absolutely terrible. I had a time sensitive prescription that I needed to be refilled. After 3 trips to the pharmacy and 9 days later, I still did not have the prescription. I finally had to call my doctor and have her write an emergency prescription with another pharmacy.
