On August 11, 2025 I traded in my Honda Scrambler motorcycle on a new touring Honda motorcycle at EZ Performance. The experience was above-and-beyond and I will happily recommend EZ Performance and Zach Spielman to all my riding friends.
I live about 75 miles away and was so glad to be able to largely complete the deal over the phone and via text and by sending photos of my old motorcycle via text. Zach made the process very straightforward, sending me a complete listing of all charges and how much he would give me in trade. He had the best out-the-door price of all Honda dealers I contacted. After my Scrambler was examined by a member of the EZ staff and found to be sound, the deal was completed at exactly the price that Zach had quoted me over the phone.
After completing the transaction, Zach helped me load up and strap down the motorcycle on my trailer (actually he did almost all the work given that he clearly knew what he was doing -- me, not so much).
Also, all my dealing was with Zach -- meaning I did not have to waste time being sent to a finance person who attempts to convince you to buy extended warranties and such.

We've had a Bad Boy for 15 years cutting 6 1/2 acres and were thrilled with that. When we decided to replace it we looked at several competing models by other companies but, in the end, I couldn't bring myself to even go look at them. The reason for that is that, one, we love the Bad Boy mowers but even more important than that is that we love dealing with EZ Performance. They've been great to deal with and have often been more than fair to us. Can't say enough good about them. If you look up the reviews for them you will see that they have a 4.9 rating. That's incredible and in my experience it's well deserved. I can't recommend them enough.

My experience with them was great.
When my mower broke, they picked it up, took it to the shop. Call me to let me know everything that was going on with it to make sure I knew what I was in for.
When they brought my mower home, it purred like a kitten.It hadn't sounded that good since I bought it.
My grass is cut now and I am very thankful.

I recently purchased a Bad Boy, ZT elite 48 inch deck zero turn mower. I like the fact that this mower was made in America and I’m hoping for a quality product.
Zac was great to deal with. He was fair, honest and clear.
Brandon was also great. He delivered the mower to me as promised and explained everything.
Unfortunately, the oil drain line fell off of the mower on the very first time I used it. I lost all of the oil for the engine.
I called the dealership the next day and Brandon came and installed a much better line that was crimped and should not fall off again.
This was not a bad reflection on the dealership at all and it’s actually an item that Bad Boy mowers should have as a recall.
I highly recommend the dealership for their honesty and prompt response on all service matters.

Zach was great to deal with. Zero mark up on my cfmoto. Quick and easy transaction. Very helpful. I drove 4.5 hours and was there only an hour.

Customer service is excellent!! The price I was quoted was what I paid. I respect the fact that when I am quoted a price, that is the price I pay out the door. NO ADD ON'S. From Start to finish Zack/Zach was so very helpful in making my decision on which mower to buy for my 5 acres of land. Zero pressure and most importantly Zero up sale.
