Visited the store may 4th and was told all the green tags were half off. Found out acouple days later that it wasn't the green tags but the plastic noodle that the sticker was attached to is how they know the price of the item... We paid full price and was told, sorry ?No one said anything about that plastic noodle. I have shopped allot of Goodwill's and have never heard of the noodle..WHAT A RIP OFF.... The lady that checked us out never told us about the noodle. $49 and it should of been $25WARNING!!!!! WATCH HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE YOU.

Love the store even though the pricing keeps going up. $7 for shoes. Ha. About 30% of my visits I always find something to purchase. Store is kept clean. Employees are friendly. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. Especially nice at this time of the year. We will return. March 2022 update- pricing is still creeping up. I'm only finding something to purchase about 20% of my visits.

Always has been a reasonably priced location... Some Goodwills insist on pricing their stuff too high but this one has been one of my favorites for years. Not any longer. Prices have gone up dramatically. Even the employees were complaining about it. Whatever manager or whoever is in charge of this I don't know how you sleep at night. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Whoever is responsible for pricing needs to be replaced. Goodwill gets FREE DONATIONS, that are then SOLD. It is suppose to be a place where people who don't have nice things can go try to find some for a REASONABLE PRICE. Not to mention I don't think it's right just because something is name brand, or obviously expensive the price is jacked up, and the items are pulled aside and set upfront. First of all everyone should get the chance to find a treasure, second again THE ITEMS ARE FREE, so if u jack the price up on those "special name brand" items they won't sell as fast, not to mention you're keeping someone who might have never had that nice dress, pair of shoes, or purse from ever getting them.

Not the best Goodwill I've ever been to. If you're buying electronics and they don't work at the testing area, try plugging them in to a random plug on a column.

They would not take nice metal shelving. Shelving was not overly large or bulky. Guess I’ll start taking my donations to the Goodwill in Culpeper, I’ve received much friendlier service there..

New management is super nice i hated going into there before covid store looks so much better the energy is calm unlike before where people would complain about their job. People are starting to donate name brand clothes because its faster than selling. I do all the time. It's a great change to our town to have people that care.
