If I could leave a 0 I would. Horrible service. She lost my W-2's and wanted to tell me I hadn't given them to her but my office is 10's more organized than her situation there and I knew she had them because they're not here. She called me THE DAY TAXES WERE DUE and said she'd found them and would mail them to me. I'd already found someone else to prepare my taxes because this woman wasn't doing squat and was getting on my nerves.
