“On Thurs 9/11/25, I went to the Orange, VA AT&T Store to see if Dyland could do something with my I24 Android I purchased at this store in 3/25. This is the second time in 6 months this phone has been corrupted with viruses! I only play Mayjong games on this phone. Dylan did say it could have been corrupted thru this game app. Dylan also advised me on Wed 9/10/25 to bring in the old phone if I still had it, which I did, and he would attempt to transfer info from the old Android to the current one. On Thurs succeeded after approximately 20 minutes! This is why I'm recommending a 5 rating for his customer service!!”
