We had to vacate our unit due to a leak that destroyed some of our belongings. I emailed management alerting them to the issue and did not hear back for a week, they thanked me for alerting them and said they fixed the leak, and explained that it was due to them not cleaning gutters, but we had already moved everything out to a different storage company. I would have appreciated our last month's rent back or some kind of compensation for our destroyed belongings on their negligence. Both me and my husband are from orange and we will not be recommending this business to our friends and family.

My wife and her parents and brother are 30 plus year members of the Orange community. My mother in law is a retired school teacher and my father in law worked many years as a deputy sheriff for Orange co. After marrying my wife and having out first child in 2014 we rented a local apartment. We moved out in June of 2016 to help my parents care for my grandmother and my brother. We rented a large unit and stored all of out furniture given to us by my parents as a wedding gift. Very nice stuff that totaled $8500 new and was only used 18 months in our apartment. In addition to our furniture and mattresses my wife had collected dozens of very expensive Longaberger baskets and very expensive when serving dishes and bowls. Most importantly she stored all of our older 2 daughters pictures, first dresses and bronzed shoes. Things that are priceless and irreplaceable to loving parents. We paid our $100 diligently for42 months!! One month in 2017 my wife went to get a car seat for our newborn and the unit was padlocked. After realizing a mistake was made the owner called to apologize. I accepted and that's that. He was aware that we had small children and that we were long time customers. Unfortunately in 2019 my wife and I suffered many devastating financial setbacks along with my serious medical problems. We knew we were going to get behind on our unit payment and I called and left several voicemails explaining the situation. After six months in January of 2020 I called several time trying to get the manager to return my call so I could set up 2 payment to catch us up. After several calls I was finally sent an email telling me that it had been a while since we had paid AND THATCOUR UNIT HAD BEEN SOLD AND NEW CUSTOMERS WERE LEASSING. i was very upset and repeatedly asked for an explanation but have yet to receive any response. I understand that its abusiness and that there is a possibility that the fine print indicates that after a certain amount of time they can sell our stuff. However this MANAGER AND THE OWNER knew that we were a hard working loving family and that we had been experiencing some financial hardship. NOT ONE PHONE CALL,EMAIL ORCTEXT WAS SENT TO US GIVING US AN OPPORTUNITY TO CATCH UP THE PAYMENTS. NOT 1!!!! So conservatively $15,00 worth of our things were auction off or i believe essentially stolen. A family member or friend of ownership or management recognized the value of the stored items and everything was essentially stolen from us.I absolutely would not make an accusation like that if I didnt believe it in my heart. Why else would we not be called, text or emailed even though the manager and owner knew of us well and we had been doing business with em for 42 MONTHS!! What's the old saying...if it walks like a duck...quacks like a duck...then its.... This is a small town. This owner claims to be a Godly family man. I say if that's the case then call me and we can work out how you're going to pay us back so that we dont have the additional burden of having to pay for all new furniture and bedroom suits, mattresses and kitchenware and utensils. Or at the VERY least call me and explain why after knowing us and our circumstances not to mention we had rented from you for 42 months why not a single attempt was made to reach us so that we could pay the money and catch up. By the way we have used your services on 3 occasions to get our cars repaired as well. I've never written anything close to a review for anything regarding any topic. However I believe that the fine people of the Orange community and my 5 yr old daughter and 2 yr old son along with our two oldest daughters deserve to hear this and to know who did it. Explain to them that as long as your customers pay on time then God loves them and they are deserving of Grace but when hard times fall on good people then it's time to kick them while their down. It's ok to take advantage of people when they cant pay.. I truly feel this way in this circumstance. You knew who we were but still didnt contact us. Cowardly in my opi

Best storage. Sure, sometimes you have to leave a message.... but I gotta say it is worth it. I did a lot of research before choosing Pro. Price, location, and super owners. SOLD! And, I am going to have to pay more than DOUBLE where I live now (ok, it is overseas, but still) for same amount of space.
