We were left stranded by our propane company where it was 3 weeks from our request date and we spent 1 week without heat during a cold snap. Just one day after filling out the forms for an emergency fill, we received our propane delivery from EverGRO. These people were compassionate and professional. “Just wanted to commend your employee named Michael B., as he went beyond his call of duty to insure we had our two propane tanks filled. Due to the recent snow and sleet storm we experienced your driver wasn’t able to park on our property and had to remain on road and pull his hose a good 100 feet across slippery icy conditions and then down two ice covered steps before reaching the tanks. Then in order to fill the second tank he had to squeeze between the lattice work and the first tank in order to fill the other tank. As job well done and appreciated by us to see take place.”
