The staff are friendly and helpful, and the fitting rooms are good. There is a large inventory that changes frequently, with good quality clothes, shoes, bags, and scarfs. Customers can bring unused clothes to sell; if they make money they can buy something new. An appointment is needed for seasonal donations, as the store is booked way in advance. The searching experience is enjoyable, and many feel grateful for the great options.
