Had prepaid QR code for front clerk to scan/ she did. Package in and I was out the door in record time. The employee was professional and super quick. The Advantage mail service provided tracking and my parcel is enroute! No complaints.

Very friendly lady at the front counter and she was helping me with mailing a letter over-sea. First the fee came up at almost $100 but then she was looking at the fees some more. I ended up paying close to $50 for a tracking letter to Europe.

Extraordinarily rude for no reason other than some b.s. powerplay. I guess they just hate their lives or know they can get away with it. Just because you may hate your job does not excuse taking it out on the rest of the world. Take some damn pride in your work.
