The Orange post office is a joke, and not a funny one. I came in for a routine passport paperwork review, and the staff acted like I was asking them to climb Mount Everest. I stood there like an idiot for five minutes before anyone even looked my way. When someone finally dragged themselves over, the attitude was pure hostility. The woman reviewing my paperwork had the personality of a rabid animal—snapping, rolling her eyes, and making it clear that customers are an inconvenience.
Is this what USPS is now? Taxpayers are footing the bill for federal salaries and benefits, and in return we get employees who can’t be bothered to do their jobs with a shred of basic decency. Surly, rude, dismissive—that’s the standard here. Absolutely pathetic. Be grateful this isn’t my regular post office, because I wouldn’t put up with this garbage twice.

Had prepaid QR code for front clerk to scan/ she did. Package in and I was out the door in record time. The employee was professional and super quick. The Advantage mail service provided tracking and my parcel is enroute! No complaints.

Very friendly lady at the front counter and she was helping me with mailing a letter over-sea. First the fee came up at almost $100 but then she was looking at the fees some more. I ended up paying close to $50 for a tracking letter to Europe.

Extraordinarily rude for no reason other than some b.s. powerplay. I guess they just hate their lives or know they can get away with it. Just because you may hate your job does not excuse taking it out on the rest of the world. Take some damn pride in your work.

Left my packages on my side walk not my porch very lazy very unprofessional. I will start putting delivery notes on every package since the Orange County branch has lazy delivery drivers!!!!

I went back to this location to find out as to why I wasn't provided the services I had paid for! The lady working had the nerve to ask me to go in the back where there was a mounting of letters to dig through it myself!! Mind you I had my infant .. that's right a baby strapped to my chest in a baby carrier!! You can imagine my reaction. I asked her if she thought my baby could help or hold his breath while I just dive right in? I know your joking!
I went Karen on her and contacted her superior let's just say I never got what I paid for and had to fight with my landlord about moving out. Proof of me sending a 90 day or more notice to terminate that hole in the wall apartment in Orange. From my slumlord landlord and get my deposit back. I had sent a important letter to my landlord via certified mail. Combined with Return Receipt Service to provide the sender proof of signature, with the option of receiving the return receipt by mail or electronically. The certified mail part provides the sender with a mailing receipt as confirmation an item was sent. As well as requires a signature from the addressee. Guess I should have just upgrade to a higher mailing option. Never had this type of incompetence at any other location or small town but this is Orange VA. So, what does one except of service. I mean when Hopewell city is better that's pretty bad!

Make excuses on why they can't make a simple package delivery. No one to answer the phone when u call whoever is the poster master is. They very rude inconsiderate disrespectful. U shouldn't be in that position if u can't do ur job.

Extremely rude! I think these people forget they are paid by the people maybe it's time to review their customer service policies and or do a complete rehire of more qualified personnel..

Every time I have been to this Post office, the people are very nice. The problem I have with this Post office is they do not answer the phone. Also, our location has not received or had pick up mail from our location in over two days. Who do we talk to about this? With know one answering their phones, how do we get answers?
