MyKayla is very knowledgeable about Verizon and Samsung Products and patiently explains all the different settings! She is very friendly and an expert multitasker. She was extremely helpful in getting all the information off my old cell phone even though my old cell phone was frozen and it took awhile of turning phone off and on again to get to certain settings. I highly recommend her! She deserves all five stars completely! Thank you

Purchased new phone. Being held at Orange location. Several messages stating my phone was ready for pick and had to pick up by close of business today. Phone not there. "Their" store policy is different than "Verizon's." Two other customers in Orange store with problems and the people working in the store couldn't help them either. Employees including store managers that I sw on the phone simply don't care about customers.

??Warning??....Verizon are liars.Six months ago I got 3 phones I was promised that I would get for 5.00 a month. From day one I have only received the promo on 1. The person who put in the computer put it in wrong and they refused to fix it. All they do is tell me they ''understand my frustration and to give it 2 more billing cycles. I did all the way up till now. They have put my account on hold till they fixed it. Now my bill is 500.00 with no reimbursement. And no Intention of giving me one (they never did) I ended up going with T-mobile. Better survice. And the people are wonderfulDO NOT GO TO VERIZONPS.And now my near perfect credit is going to get it for almost 1500.I have 3 brand new Moto z3. If anyone is interested
