I cannot be more disappointed with this company and their financial department... After a three weeks of emails, information being collected from me, and being approved for their different loans options every time... I was expecting the tractor to be delivered today, and they just called to say that a down payment was required when their options were 0 on everything, the same day of delivery... I will never do business with this company. One star because there is no option for none.

Awful customer service. Bought 300 bucks worth of tractor parts, the boxes came with only nuts and bolts with half the items missing. Store told me to call John Deere refuted a return and wont replace.

Kids left my gas tank open on my mower, which not known by me, got hit by the recent rain storms, thinking it was relatively a reasonable cost to have them look at it… they want to charge $1,000+ to repair it. I’ve never seen a time when the cost to drain and clean a mower, replace a solenoid and put on some new blades was 33% of the value of the mower at list price.
I mean the labor for just the engine cleaning alone was nearly $400. What.
But hey, they still got me for $200+ dollars just for taking it to their shop and looking at it.
So, when the mower does go bad and it requires a new purchase.
I’ll buy from a competitor.
Looks like someone suggested Piedmont Power across the street in your Google reviews. Might have to check it out.

Phone called for assistance with my skid steer which had me locked out needing a code. Within 30 minutes Bryant Pugh & Dillon were on their way to my farm. They fixed the problem, schooled me in code process & oiled my machine. Service & response does not get any better than that ‼️

Bought two tractors from here. The service department is great, sales team is awesome, and after three years I've got no complaints. They run a really tight business and they've gone above and beyond more than a few times for me when they didn't have to. That's how it's done. I give it my highest recommendation.

Yesterday I was shopping for a new tractor. I visited a couple different brands before going to VA Tractor to look at a John Deere. When I walked in Austin Gardner immediately greeted me. I sat in his office and we talked Tractors. He NEVER "Bad Mouthed" any competitor, he just told me of all the advantages of a JD. We went and looked at what they had, then went back into his office to talk and "run the numbers". Long story short I decided I was done shopping and bought my new 1023E tractor. Austin worked diligently to "get the numbers I needed" for my payment, then went to a different store to get me my tractor, and yes, he delivered it that day, in time for me to even get several projects done. I am so happy I went with VA Tractor, and John Deere, it had enough power to get my job done, without breaking my bank.
