“Every single time I have needed help with something shipping related, the people at the Mathias, WV Post Office have always been able to help. The mail people who deliver mail are wonderful as well. You can leave envelopes and money in your mailbox and they will take care of the postage and leave your change.
My only complaint is the size of the drop-off box inside of the post office is pretty small if you are mailing anything larger than a small box. But, I am sure that is more of a USPS regulation thing than something specific to the Mathias Post Office.”

“Ron at the Basye post office is great and very helpful.Unfortunately, the USPS does not deliver to residences at Bryce Resort, so the only local option is rent a PO Box. FEDEX and UPS do deliver at resort residences.Addresses in the resort aren't in the USPS database which some shippers use validate addresses, which can complicate purchases.”

“This is our local post office here in Orkney Springs. I have been using this post office for over 4 years now and I have never had an issue with delivery. It is great to be a part of this small town and when you stop into this post office you can get all the important news you may be missing within the town. There is always a flyer posted on a board outside the door to remind of you of events happening in the local area. Also, deliveries that are supposed to go to my physical address are often dropped here to make sure they actually get to me since I live in a mountain home. As a note, the postal clerk that works here has a book that details the history of the area and the post office. This post office has been around for quite some time.”
