It’s a pretty decent BP gas station to go to. They have a pretty good selection of things inside employees are usually pretty very nice. My only issue with not giving them five stars is sometimes their gas pumps are a little slow. It’s like they’ve got clogged lines or something.

There is an extremely rude and sassy worker during night shift i called to simply ask if they served food overnight, She said no in a very rude manner, I then asked if they were hiring, she then said no then hung up WORST service ever need new employees

There is an extremely obese white male who works there and refuses to serve black customers. He was working today wearing an orange shirt. He finished with a white customer and without a single word walked away and started eating a bag of chips and drinking a soda while myself and a black male stood there waiting to be checked out. Meanwhile a white male customer was allowed to jump ahead of both of us. Finally a female employee served us and was quite pleasant and apologetic. My guess is she’s seen this many times before. If my tank wasn’t on E I can promise you I would have taken my business elsewhere. Last $30 they get out of me.

Mentally unstable overnight worker, constantly throwing temper tantrums, damages company property and has literally brought customers to tears with his horrendous attitude. Manager too afraid of repercussions from him to fire him, even knowing he sells to minors and lets people steal merchandise.Water in the gas almost killed my vehicle not long ago. Took 2 bottles of IsoHeet to get it out. Just go to Exxon instead for quality customer service and gas.

Stop in all the time as a pit stop while working... disappointing when the cashier is nodding off while I'm trying to get out of there. I come through every 3 weeks and that blonde lady is always on something. Oh and the deli will have you blowing up a toilet or running home for fresh underwear, no joke

Very disappointing that they say 24/7 but when I leave for work at 4 am there is nobody there and lights are off. Some morning they are open. If your going to be 24/7 then be 24/7. I waste my time driving there thinking they will be open.

OK for just getting gas, but I don't like going in. Employees wear masks below their noses at all times and stand right outside of the front door to smoke. Watched a customer, who was obviously familiar with the staff, walk in without a mask. Despite the compulsory sign on the door requiring patrons to wear masks, nothing was said or done. This place hasn't been the same since new ownership took over. I cannot recommend shopping here.

Face covering mandate?? You would think we are not in the middle of a Pandemic when you walk into this store. Literally, 7 out of 10 customers in this store did not wear any facial coverings., nor followed any social distancing guidelines. By far the nastiest setting for any store in the area. A cesspool of coronavirus!! I have reported the issue to VDH in order to protect my community from people like this.

In a time when the world is sick, they allow the person who cooks the food, handles the food, and fills the orders to NOT WEAR A FACE MASK. It is a requirement for all people to wear masks in public buildings. The lady handling food at BP doesn't wear a face mask. Hope everyone enjoys her spreading the disease.

Crappy service. I live very close to this store and I try to avoid having to get gas or anything here. I will make a point to get what I need elsewhere, even if it isn't that convenient. I only know of 2 employees that I've come across that are competent and polite. Very poor management obviously or staff would be trained better. I work in customer service and know how customers should be treated... Excuse me for being an inconvenience to your overnight shift of playing on your damn phone.
