Needed my prescription moved from this pharmacy but I was not able to find it under my account . Called the location to see if it was possibly under the wrong pt. The lady who just picked up the phone needs a training on customer service and role refresher. Stating she’s not understanding what I want. Rushing me off the phone and telling me to leave a message on the other line. When she finally let me finish my sentence it’s clear that my medication is under
The wrong patient. She hung up before I could ask her to place it under the correct account. This is also a HIPPA violation. I will be reporting

Went to the drive thru today 10min to 1:00pm drive thru window closed for lunch. They have fix there problems.

A weird Mexican and white lady follow people around the store and snatch items out of ur hands or carts and say “I’ll bring this to the front” or follow you around and once you pick up something and put it back down they accuse you of stealing if they personally don’t see you put it down, do you need to hold my hand while I shop or something?? I’m disgusted, I would complain to the manager or corporate but yet it wouldn’t do anything since the lady is the manager and claims that she “owns” cvs, like what?

Pharmacy staff all rude and nasty. Clearly don’t want to be here. I get they were understaffed but that doesn’t make it ok to be rude and nasty. After I checked out at the pharmacy I went to the front and bought something and nobody in sight. What a disgrace of a company for the lake community. They should be embarrassed

Worst pharmacy ever been over there 3 times in the past week only to be told by the idiots on duty a totally different excuse each time as to why its not ready yet!!!! Will never ever go back there or recommend it to anyone

Customer service at this location Pharmacy is non existent. We were at the store on 11/15/24 for a Covid 19 shot. We arrived about 1:30 p.m. and was told that they were closing in 2 minutes and would open at 2:00 p.m. We arrived back at a couple of minutes before 2 and the screen was down. At 2:07 someone opened the screens and we waited at the window for about 5 minutes before anyone came to help us. The lady took my wife's name and DOB and then another lady came over and said shots would be given at 3:00 p.m. Wife told them to remove her information from the computer and was told they would do that. What a waste of time to get shot. The staff at this store needs customer service training, it doesn't cost anything to speak to a customer or be polite.

I had a wonderful experience . The people that worked at the store absolutely marvelous . Very helpful. When I come back to Virginia, I’ll definitely go back to that theme store.

Most CVS pharmacies are bad, but this one really takes the cake. Bad service, lost prescriptions, can't even speak with a pharmacist when needed. Awful.

Passing through and wife got sick. Showed up first thing when they opened and dropped off prescriptions. Told 1 hour to be filled. Came back an hour later, still not filled and waited another hour between them trying to fill and get me checked out. Staff showed remorse for the long wait, pharmacist didn't have a care in the world. Clearly didn't care to assist his staff as I witnessed on multiple occasions in this timeframe.
