I ordered ahead when they first opened. I waited 25 minutes beyond time it was suppose to be ready. I got home, they forgot to put some ingredients on my sandwich. I bought 2 vegetarian. The sandwiches were not good at all and bland.I message them. They didn't seem concerned of my missing items. I would have thought they would suggest remaking the sandwich or discount for another time. They were not cordial or sorry. I haven't been back nor will I ever waste my money on bland, expensive sandwiches.

After searching online for area food pantries in Palmyra, LOCAL EATS came up, so I called. I asked what time their food pantry was open and what was needed to get some food for my family. The lady who answered the phone said "a food pantry? um, no, not us." Instead of asking how they could help (not knowing our emergency situation or need) she chuckled and hung up. THANKS for asking and giving back. 😓 Hope nobody there is ever in a desperate situation to ask for food for their kids.

Very underwhelming food. Just plain and meh. Can make something tastier cooking myself at home. Also the prices are very expensive. Way too much to be charging especially when the food is very subpar.

Stopped by Local Eats on the way to a local cemetery. I knew they sold a locally made tomato sauce that we wanted to try, and the selection of sandwiches included some vegan ones. The sandwich was a tasty wrap that I would definitely want to buy again. Helpful staff and lots of interesting produce and goods to look at while I waited for carryout.

My husband and I went for breakfast. We ordered and waited and waited for almost one hour. People came and went for takeout. My husband asked where our order was. She said big takeout in front of us. We did not see a huge order go out. Then she came back and wanted us to reorder. We just couldn’t. We left went home and ate. She had wiped out our order and another couple who just came in. We both just left.

Soooo good! We were driving through the area and did a google search for breakfast spots. We were not disappointed!!! And we ended up spending a bunch in the market as well!!

Good food, friendly staff. The "Cuppa Joe" coffee shop a few doors down provides a complimentary establishment. Grab some lunch, get a coffee, and go!!

Wonderful eatery. Everyone who works at Local Eats are welcoming and kind. Being new in town, we extra appreciate local places like this to enjoy healthy food and friends. We highly recommend Local Eats!

Shout out to Local Eats cafe in Palmyra, VA where we ate lunch. Local Eats is Farm-to-Table with vegan options. Delicious food and delightful staff. Female owned.

We're new to the area, and this was our first time at this place. My 9 yo and I had a yummiest breakfast, all so fresh and delicious! Sausage patty was so good, and I was able to purchase a pack of them, local farm produce. Loved the vibe of this little cute place, and two ladies working there were so nice and friendly. Definitely will come back.

Nice selection of local items, a food counter for sandwiches etc. Being a vegetarian, I appreciate the choices available. I'll have to try their produce next.
