I do love coming here because of how convenient it is but customer service seems a bit off. I was patiently waiting in line and the two workers seemed very lovely assisting other customers. When I came up I didn’t get greeted warmly like the other patrons. I smiled, I was friendly. I was in no way shape or form rude. Told the lady have a great day as I was leaving and she wouldn’t even look at me just looked at was she was doing as hummed mhmm to me. Something like this I’d normally brush off but this isn’t the first time this has happened here. I just think everyone should be treated the same 😊

Thus little place tucked away in the corner offers all you need in shipping, faxing , emailing etc. The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond for their customers. When entering the store their is such a warm, welcoming feeling. They also have other little gifts and trinkets to sell if your looking .

I recently had an issue with a package that I had mailed at Mailbox Express. Candace gave the issue prompt attention. She was so pleasant and courteous. She was able to resolve the issue quickly. I am so glad that we have this wonderful business in the area.

We use Mailbox express services for printing and shipping. Sometimes there is a line of people doing a variety of business but that only speaks to the need for these services and popularity of the store in our community. Waiting in a line, or on the phone, is normal and not a problem as once it’s your turn you are greeted by a kind and professional person, no matter what they were dealing with previously.
Each customer is treated fairly and courteously.
I enjoy the variety of packaging material, office supplies and gifts that they provide for purchase.
The store is always clean and organized and the table available for quick use whether that be to sign papers or organize a package is convenient.
I appreciate everything the store, its employees and the owner has done for us as customers and community members over the past 3+ years we have been here.

Went in to send Amazon return back. Amazon only sends QR codes now to send items back. This location advertised as a drop off location through UPS and they don’t accept QR codes. The associate was really nice but said they don’t have the equipment for scanning QR codes.
It’s 2024…it’s time to invest in that equipment if you are going to advertise the service.

I used Mailbox Express recently to have some document shredding done. When i got there, the young woman behind the counter (Casey) told me she was the only one there at the time, and depending on how many customers came in, it may take a while. I ran a couple errands and then came back by. She had finished the shredding in a timely manner, and was very efficient and friendly. Glad we have Mailbox Express here at the Lake--Thanks!

We had several documents that needed to be witnessed and notarized. The clerk was efficient and helpful and assisted us in determining where we needed to sign. They made the entire process go smoothly.
