I got great care by Angelica Kinane, NP at my last visit. I try to avoid getting sick, but the inevitable happened and I'm happy to say I had a great experience here because she is able to listen and took me as a whole person into consideration. I also got care recommendations for when I feel better, so I felt very important and was impressed with the level of empathy that Angelica Kinane has! I would go and see her again

Very clean place and very attentive to my families needs. They took the time to listen and all 3 Doctors/NPs have been super nice!! Highly recommend and wish they would return weekend hours.

you are better off going to an urgent care. I had a tb skin test on a Sunday. The nurse told me to come back in 48 hours and she scheduled my next appointment for Tuesday. I get there and nobody was there. I checked in, thinking maybe someone would be there last minute. Again, nobody shows up. Nobody in the CVS store could help me as they informed me that this minute clinic was ran and operated by someone other than CVS. I called the 877 number listed on the door and after 20 minutes a lady answered the phone with a screaming baby in the background and told me she was sorry and she didn't know what to tell me. I had to get my skin test results read so I went to medexpress where I was charged $47 for this skin test reading. Then CVS minute clinic had the nerve sending me and email several hours later telling me they were sorry I had to cancel my appointment. Um I didn't cancel the appointment, they never showed up! I have all the emails showing my bill from urgent care, and all of my CVS minute clinic emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I wish this nurse from there had the nerve to call me back.

Mi experiencia con un medicamento para la presión alta se nesecita 2 pastillas por día y las pedí una mujer me dijo que no era tiempo que tenía nada y 2 días mas tarde regrese, para decirle no es opción es una nesecida. Y me dijo tienes que pagar esta bien yo pago, pero su actitud tan dura despota m hizo tener 2 días de crisis.no generalizo en una persona y por eso no la recomiendo.

Turned film in for processing 9 days ago that I needed for a Christmas gift that requires framing. Was told at that time it took 7-10 days to get it back. Called two days ago and not in, but told it would be 2-4 weeks. Called today and told by the manager, Claire, that it would be 4-6 weeks. In a “calm” manner I told her that I was given 3 different time frames and that communication at this store needed improvement. She hung up on me. I called her back and asked why, she said because I had an attitude, and it wasn’t CVS’s fault and was “the way Mail is running now”. I told her my concern was being given different time frames, and had I have known it would be 4-6 weeks I would have turned them in elsewhere. She then replied, “have a nice holiday”, and again hung up. NEVER again will I step foot in that store after getting my prints back. Unacceptable customer service!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!! The young lady behind the counter is rude! With an attitude! Prescriptions are never ready! I went to pick up my prescription that was phoned in 24 hours previous and yes it was not ready. I was asked to wait 25 minutes until they filled it while I watched everyone just standing around talking! No one else was waiting! This is the 5th time I left pissed off! And it is the last! We moved all our prescriptions to another pharmacy!!

Took my son here and cannot thank them enough of how attentive they were with him. Eventhough I had to drive down to charlottesville to get something else done because they didn't have that service available there it was a good experience. The nurse and the doctor were great they even called me the next day to check up on how it went and if he was feeling any better. Definetly would come back here again.

I don't understand why the doors are still open. The absolute worst in service. They are more interested in their minute clinic than running the pharmacy.

We had no idea CVS had a clinic, made an appointment for my son when his regular pediatrician couldn’t see him. It was such a nice experience. I didn’t know what to think before we were seen, I don’t usually take my son to the same place I get gummy worms and Vitamins to get checked out for a medical issue so I had my apprehensions. Katie was our Nurse Practitioner, she was amazing! Thorough and professional and a great bedside manner. I will continue to bring my son here when I can’t get him in at his PCP and will recommend anyone in need to check out the Minute Clinic. Thank you Katie and CVS!

horrible experiences for a year with the we are short handed excuse. attempted 3x this week to pick up 2 prescriptions, still not ready, have after 20 plus years as a CVS customer switched to a different pharmacy. if you tell your customers to call you if their medicine shows in process for 3 days and I'm to call you so you can fill it for Mail order um no that's not how that works. I have never had this bad of an experience with a CVS and this location seems to check all those boxes. No care for customer relationships at all.
