My jeep battery went dead at the Burger King parking lot in Narrows. Called auto zone in pearisburg to see if they had the right battery. He gave me a price and said they could put it in.for me. Steve C. You.are awesome! Thank you!

I had a great experience at this AutoZone. I was having problems with my battery so I brought it in and got it tested and battery was bad so I bought a battery and had the guy put it in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have purchased the majority of my auto care needs from my local store for many years. I have had very few issues with the quality of parts I purchased or with making exchanges when something wasn’t right. Today I learned that a wiper blade I purchased 2-3 weeks ago could not be exchanged. The thing ripped within the first week and I came back to the store as soon as I had time. The store will not stand behind a simple product like this and I find that to be absurd. There is a Walmart in the same parking lot and there at least I know I can exchange just about anything no hassle. I did call customer service and explain this situation and all they could say was that they were sorry they couldn’t help. Wouldn’t help is more like it. Walmart here sells most everything I purchase regularly and there are plenty of other auto parts stores nearby. Autozone lost this customer over a simple faulty item they sold me and would not accept responsibility for.

Pretty good auto parts store but they will lecture you about aftermarket parts even though companies like motor raft just re-bag aftermarket parts themselves. You can always find the exact part online for cheaper but websites won't hand you the parts to look at and make sure you leave with the right one
