Anytime I have called, they have answered. Any time I have visited the office, they are ready to assist. They always take the time to make sure you are taken care of. I have been trusting this company since 2016, following my family who has chosen State Farm for the past decade. 10/10 would reccomend.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...They are always polite and considerate!! I was on a trip out of town visiting my children.. something happened with my car and it was taken care of immediately..I made one phone call to the office and continued my time with my children without so much as a worry..Arrived back to the hotel to find my car was fixed as if nothing ever happened. I would gladly give the team in Pearisburg 20 stars if I could.. That is just one single instance...I could mention 7 or 8 more easily THANK YOU!!°

The Ben Wheeler Team of State Farm in Pearisburg is a very helpful/friendly staff! They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients! They also have some really competitive rates and a perk of adding Drive Safe to save even more money!

Google should have 6 stars. 6 stars is what I would give Ben Wheeler and the State Farm team in Pearisburg. I save over $1500 a year on insurance, they know me by name anytime I need something, and they are just good honest people. It is so hard to find a trusted vendor and to find one so close to home is just incredible. Thank you for all you do for our family!
