Just visited Gear Head Junction and honestly had the best time ever! Terry is an absolute gemsuper kind, gentle, and will go out of his way to help you no matter what. Total legend. Braydon was awesome too! He walked me through everything he was doing on the bike, and I actually learned so much it was like a mini masterclass. Father and son duo moved me, These guys took such good care of both me and my bike, I felt like I was right at home. 100% recommending them to all my fellow riders out there. They did good work in a timely manner on my Honda Nc750x by replacing my chain, sprockets, bearings and tire. Their customer service was great, i had asked them to leave the bike outside so i could get it after work and they did as asked. They even left it right at the front door, presumably so it would be safer, and it felt like a new bike as i took off back to blacksburg. While i would like to work on my own bike at some point i will definitely be going back to them because its such a convenience when working overtime and going to college to have someone like them do the work, giving me peace of mind that my only means of transport is functional.

Emergency service on motorcycle. Broke down near his place. Terry came in his truck and picked me up. Took me back to the shop and diagnosed the problem. All on a Saturday. Really nice people and very knowledgeable. Good local business. That people should support!
