Never will I go anywhere else again, Jarred took great care of me ! I contacted live support prior to calling and was given a run around and no answers, I call this bank and spoke with Jarred and he fixed the problem in 15 mins ! What a relief! Thank you Union Bank!

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. They sent the instructions for truck payment to the wrong address and made no attempt to contact us until the end of the month, not only that they charge a $10 fee just for paying over the phone for one time and THEY DONT NOTIFY YOU, WHEN THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD A $15 LATE FEE THAT WAS THERE FAULT!!!!!!!!!

I opened my account here in August of 2017 and have been very disappointed. My accounts were not set up correctly, even after specifically asking for them to be linked. The bank manager had to get involved and called me personally and fixed the errors.
