Cheated me out of 32 insulin pens, was supposed to have gotten a 3 months supply of 48 pens. Wasn't realized at the time of pickup that it was supposed to be a 3 month supply but a one supply. Month one comes to an end and I'm out of insulin, now my insurance won't fill a 2 month early prescription. Very incompetent. Now I'm screwed, thnks Walgreens.

Apparently "contractually obligated" doesn't mean the same thing here that it does everywhere else. I was charged $30 more for a prescription than what GoodRX had listed. If anyone else has the same problem call GoodRX and report it.

Spent some time with the very friendly and helpful pharmacy folks.They took great care of me and my needs and are always good with advice.Stocked up on vitamins and more and saved over $50.00!Left the place feeling like a winner!❤️?

This particular location needs help from corporate. The landscaping and parking lot are quite unkempt most of the time. As for the staff, the majority of them are quite great. However, I wish the pharmacy could get a new, full time permanent pharmacist. Brian is wonderful and we really like him.There is a lady though who seems to delight in not helping anyone. Every time we have a problem, she seems to be the one on duty. There's always some excuse and she never apologizes for the inconvenience. It's always no we can't do that.Also, this is just Walgreens in general, dear God get rid of that stupid automated system. It has never once got a voice command or prompt correct.

The manager at the FedEx drop off was very rude Gina she messed up our tracking label we have to get a new tracking label and drive out of our way to finish the transaction I would suggest that the staff have training on FedEx drop off I will not be using the service at Walgreens again
