If I could give negative stars I would. I went in with a simple request of getting a copy of a cashier's check, they told me to sit down so they could help other customers and then ignored me for an hour. Never again even acknowledged that I was sitting there, so I left as there was no sign they intended to help or acknowledge me. Now i'm sitting on hold for 30 mins with B of A main line. If you want to waste your time, bank here!

One of worst bank service I have experienced. Most of Bank of America always short of employees, especially front tellers. We always wait in line at least 20 minutes no matter what day or what time during the day. When it's your turn, they won't take good care of you. I just canceled all my personal account and business accounts last week with BoA. If you seriously doing business and need good service for checking and saving accounts, go for other banks that have professional banking and service. Not BoA. No more BoA

The manager and tellers are usually helpful and courteous whenever I deal with them. Convenient location, and hours .

I don't even want to give one star. This is the worst branch ever. I don't like Bank of America but his branch really makes me dislike them even more

The worst Bank of America in the area. Save your time and drive a few more minutes up the road to Colonial Heights. You'll waste at least 20 minutes standing in line here, cause there's always at least 7 people waiting and one person behind the counter. As I type this, there are 14 people in front of me. Been waiting 10 minutes already.

ZERO is the rating I give this bank. Bit in order to post, I had to give them a 1. I went to deposit a Money Order that won't deposit through the mobile app. There were 10 people in line, so I left to run another errand and came back. Was third in line, waited about 10 minutes. Teller comes out and says "We won't be serving anyone for the next 20 minutes." The person in front of me left. I questioned the teller and she repeated that she is leaving and no one will take her place for 20 minutes. I have a savings account, a personal checking account, 2 business checking accounts, a building loan, 2 credit cards, and a retirement account all with B of A. And they can't keep someone at the teller window to take a deposit ? It will be tough to move all my accounts, and it's starting today !

Worst service ever! They have people standing around but have the nerve to say you can't speak with a rep without an appointment. Zach has no customer service experience at all! Been a customer since 1987 but that's coming to an end.
