This is the slowest bank I've ever dealt with they have 3 people in the whole building an they worry about other things besides the customers I've been inside an the drive threw the quickest I've gotten out of there was 27 minutes to cash a check.... it's ridiculous

This location makes Truist feel like. A hometown bank. The staff ALL know you. They are trustworthy and effective. They work quickly to get you out on your lunch break & diligently when you have an issue.I recommend this bank(branch) for your business and personal relationship banker.

Their ATM is frequently not accepting deposits or completely down in general, entirely closed on Saturdays, tellers who are more interested in getting you off the phone than helping. I held an account nearly a decade and they so quickly threw out my business and kept my money for their never ending fees.

Staff at this branch are very helpful, and soooo nice. The few shortcomings I've experienced are clearly corporate policies.

Never more than 2 tellers at this location, even during rush hour and Tina and Pat clearly could care less how long they take, not to mention have a nasty attitude. Also, the 2 tellers have to go back and forth between lobby and drive-thru, so plan to wait. Heather is the only reason I'll give this place an extra star. She at least tries to get you in and out and is very nice.

BB&T: Big, Bad, & Terrible. Their interest rates are way below average and their checking accounts have monthly fees associated with them. Go to almost any other bank (especially regional ones, not national ones) and you'll find better savings and CD interest rates and completely free checking accounts (some of which even accrue interest too).
