The culprit for the slug service is the TEAM LEADER female. the manager. The territorial manager should have been replaced, terminated for not rotating the branch managers around to see the root of the inconvenience service caused by this TEAM leader. coworkers are not the problem, it shows that the TEAM leader IS NOT A TEAM WORKER. Move the Crater Rd Team Leader to The Prince George branch and watch the employee moral and service plummet and the Crater Rd branch will rise in customer service with her replacement Team Leader. return the Crater RdTeam Manager back to the teller drive thru window ...and yes the new TRUSIT transition from BB&T is ncompetent....makes me want to puke and I have!.

When it was BB&T the service was great. I banked with them over 35+ years, since it merged and became Truist the service has went to almost nothing, tellers seem like they can't do the job they're hired to do and God forbid if you have to call the customer service number for something, they're pretty much not allowed to do anything and you can barely understand what the person says.

This branch is close to one of my businesses and the only reason I utilize it and I try my hardest to arrange my day so that I do not have to. The powers that be truly need to review their camera footage to see how slow and impersonal the staff is. There is not a time durning any given day that this branch is not slow. It should not take 20 minutes after you reach the window to make a deposit. The employees of this branch simply do not value the customers time. If time allowed I would go to any other branch then this one.

I literally never write reviews. The wait times at this bank are ridiculous. I have waited for over an hour, in a seemingly infinite line, more times than I can count on my fingers. They have 6 windows but only ever 2 employees, and no offense, but some of them are elderly (at least 60) and I have to painfully watch them type on the computer with one finger. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building. The waits are long enough to make me switch banks, and I have just this morning opened an account at VA Credit Union. Hopefully they rectify this issue for the customers they currently have, though it doesn’t seem they care much.
