I needed a hair cut and Ebony gave me a great haircut. I love how they can stand behind the sink instead of the side. This makes for better shampooing. I will be back.

Service was great. Mary was very attentive to me as a pregnant woman coming to get my hair done. She was so kind and nurturing and the service was not rushed. We had great conversation getting to know one another. I couldn’t just leave without a review. Mary thank you so much for your service and kind heart. God will bless you for helping one of his own. Thank you I really needed all the service you gave. I will be back and Mary will be my go to girl 🩷

Did not receive service as the lady claimed I got there 6pm. I challenged her as it was 540pm. I called earlier in the day to schedule my appointment. I explained to the stylist that I work downtown Richmond, and I would get there by 530-535pm. I got there, like stated 540pm. I sat and waited until 7 pm. when they closed and got no service. What a fool for trying a place a 2nd time. I was only asked 1 time while waiting if I wanted deep conditioning.
Oh, let me not forget to dd it was 2 workers with 4 customers still there before me. Yes, I got there 5 mins late. I still have 4ppl before me and get upset, which was unprofessional.
I wouldn't recommend even if they were the only ones open.

There is Matthew barber, tried scam me for haircut 60$, saying it was twice haircut, BUT WE FIXED HE’s inexperienced skill. Asked for washing 30$ 😂 At the END I PAID after argue i paid 30$ only, but still kinda weird to SCAM PPL THIS WAY.
Beaware of this salon, better go to SportClips they’ll do for 30$ and wash your hair

They asked me what i wanted. I just wanted color and it blown out. She bleached my hair 3 times. I literally left out so upset. Did I still pay? Yes. Did I want to? No. This was $200 for me to be upset about it. I was there for SIX HOURS!!! Just for me to leave unsatisfied. She said come back in 2 weeks so that i can fix it. No thank you. I will never be back. I told her what my expectations were for my hair and they were not met. I take great pride in my hair only for it to be over processed and so dry right now. I felt guilty for not leaving a tip... but you literally charged me $200 for something that was completely hideous. I am a working professional is an office. What do I look like coming in there with this fire red hair. Whew... what an experience... one thing I will say is they can straighten some hair.... But the process of color, I will pass....

I went there on a Sunday, so they were very low staffed which was okay. Instead of the stylist having me wait for her to finish the client she had, she had her inexperienced daughter wash and try to blow out my hair. It took her an hour to attempt to blow out 4 small portions of the back of my hair. My hair was already detangled and it is only shoulder length. After it was clear that this was not an actual stylist doing my hair, the stylist on staff explained that she would finish my hair. At this time it is 11:30 when I got there at 10:15. The daughter was very nice and I tried to reassure her that she tried her best but as the stylist on duty, she should have not had her daughter play with my hair and explained to me that there would be a wait, so that I could make my decision to stay or leave.I had professional photos that day and my hair came out poorly blow dried and horrible. I was still charged $50 dollars, although she apologized at the end, my time and money was wasted. I will not be going back

Alexis slayed my daughter's hair for homecoming. My girl has a head FULL of hair.. her trim and blowout is super cute and sleek! Will be returning!!
