Customer service really sucks at this location. Opened the door and the entire store smelled like weed. The lady behind the counter was so high she didn't know how to activate the phone and told us to come back when her manager was there. She also didn't know when that would be and couldn't hold her eyes open.

I was beginning to doubt cricket until I met Crystal she knows what she is doing. And been very very very helpful and understanding. I didn't get the service I was looking for at the other cricket stores until I came here come to this location if you want the best of the best .

This store has done a great turn around. The two lady’s that work in there is awesome. The manager Virginia knows a lot and helped me out and was friendly. The other lady was great. They both have great customer service and knowledge. I will be telling everyone go here. Great Job

Wonderful above and beyond only person in the wireless industry I will ever have the honor of working with Kayla Williams she went above and beyond to help me port my number over from boost bring my contacts and info from my old phone to the new and gave me a lovely discount on my accessories she was professional and sweet from start to finish the customer service in the past from what family members have told me was poor until Kaylas arrival back in September I hope you keep her and help her push towards her goals in your business Cricket wireless. My boyfriend and I had went to colonial heights to get the iPhone and he got approved for 400 for the leasing. Well the lady working working there said we couldnt get it today even though the phone was 399.99 but we needed to get an extra 100 bc of taxes and stuff. We asked if we could pay the different out of pocket but said we couldn't even though we knew we had to pay the upgrade fee and what not. Well we called Petersburg to double check and the lady at colonial heights had lied. We went to Petersburg and not only could we get the phone he wanted we paid less out of pocket then what was quoted. Thank you so much kayla for setting up his phone and answering all of our questions. We will from now on just go to petersburg since this is the 3rd time this week the same lady at colonial heights had sent us to best buy to get a phone. Also kayla set everything up and what not in like 10 minutes. She was very nice and knows her job.

After promising myself to never go back to this store after my horrible experience with the old store manager from about 3 months ago I could never forget her face I decided to give the store another chance. Although I didn't purchase anything my 60 year old father came into the store with technical issues with the phone. He was highly upset to the point of tears and the new girl in the store Kayla which I thought was ironic given the old person I dealt with had the same name sat down with my father and helped him figure out all of his issues and restored all of his lost photos and contacts restored his internet and my father left that store with the happiest face I've seen all week. I can now say I'm no longer afraid to enter the store and will be restoring my service with cricket and Kayla if you're reading this (I told you I was gonna let the world know how amazing you are ) and I hope you get the compensation you deserve
