Always friendly, family oriented, couldn’t thank them enough for the house I am at currently renting. They don’t mess around when it comes to property and what needs to be done and taking care. Mr. Harrison a big thank you and His grandson Houston and granddaughter Amber, and most of all Mr. Harrison’s daughter n law Sherri Harrison. This is a great place to have as a storage! I have not had any problems since I have placed my items in their unit. The staff is extremely thoughtful of its clients, and considerate. I highly recommend Dinwiddie Mini Storage if you are looking to store your items where people really care and are understanding.

Make sure you start renting at the first of the month. They will not adjust the price of rent to reflect how many days are actually left. It’s one flat month fee even if you start on the last day of the month, you pay for that full month. Same goes with when you leave, no point in leaving till the last day of the month

For me it serves the purpose. It's a low maintenance storage facility, so if you're just looking for a hassle free place to store your stuff, there you go. The people are friendly and you can make payments in person, drop slot on site or by phone during bus hrs. No insurance required. To my knowledge none of the units are temp controlled or indoors.

No longer 24 hour access. Price was fine but the folks in there just starred at me when I walked in the door. Super awkward, didn't seem very personable.

Prices are reasonable. Only draw back is u can only get to ur storage unit between 7am-7pm everyday and a lot of days they close earlier than that.
