They saved the day... I was in search of a particular luggage bag and went in there to buy a saucepan top and saw a luggage bag. When I looked at it, it was the exact 💯 one, let me say that again. It was the EXACT one I wanted but for $7.99 not $64 as it is on Amazon...

The Goodwill in Petersburg Virginia off of Crater Rd is hands down the cleanest and most organized Goodwill store in all of the Richmond and tri-city stores and I've been to them all. I experienced an authentic welcome with a smile by Dawn who was working while greeting customers as they entered the store. Her and the other staff are incredible and the their genuine care for having a top notch work ethic shines throughout the entire store. Great experience and I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. The employees are SO kind and I genuinely enjoy coming to shop there and see them. I always come back home with some treasures. It's clean and organized - can't recommend enough!

Mrs. Marjorie, has done wonders with the Petersburg goodwill. It is a great place to shop now. I love going in there. I shop there around 3 to 4 times a week. Clothes are hung on the hangers correctly, nice and neat. Color coordinated. Every this is very neat and clean.
She has two ladies that work for her. Destini and Dawn, they are very pleasant to the customers. Always smiling, greeting the customers.
I hope management has access to see this, Goodwill Industry, really needs to recognize these 3 ladies!!!!

Great selection! Honestly i didn't plan on purchasing anything when I stopped by, I was just passing time and browsing. But they had SUCH AN AMAZING MEN'S SHOE SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM! Anyone who knows FINDING mens shoes is hard to come by, then I looked some more and seen that they had coats that are honestly phenomenal, so many leather coats in all colors. And dresses with tags still attached actually I found a dress with a tag still attached that was originally $130. I bought for half off of $7.99 because it had a blue marker for that week.... Not to mention Dawn the cashier who was also like a busy bee all over the place lol answered all of my questions and was so helpful. All in all I will most definitely be revisiting this GW again, and Lord willing I'll be able to spoil/surprise everyone with boots and a leather coat in my family 😏😉

I had the best costumer service, the store was closing and they still let me check out all my items. All the clothes I got were very cute. The clothes were all organized and the store was very clean.

This is honestly the best goodwill I have ever been to. I have been to goodwill in about 10 different states and roughly 20-30 goodwills total. I’m somewhat of a connoisseur. This place is clean, smells good, and incredibly organized. They have organized home items by color, the silver and gold things are separate, the clothes are in the right sections and labelled accordingly. The staff is so helpful and truly wonderful to speak with. If you are looking for a top notch shopping experience with unbeatable prices please visit this location. You will not be dissatisfied.

The cashier working was very efficient and friendly. She was the only cashier working and doing her best to get customers in line through efficiently. I shop this particular often and everyone here is always friendly and helpful. I will continue to do business with this Goodwill. It is always very neat and that makes it extremely easy to shop.
